Nicolas Keng’s Homepage in English
Currently, I am an M.S. student in Pure Mathematics at the Center for Mathematics and Interdisciplinary Sciences, Shandong University, under the supervision of Prof. Shuai Zhai (starting from Sept. 2025).
During 2024–2025, I studied at the Academy of Mathematics and Systems Science (AMSS), Chinese Academy of Sciences, in Beijing, where I was mentored by Professors Shuai Zhai and Xin Wan.
I received my B.S. in Mathematics from the School of Mathematics, Shandong University, in June 2025.

Research Interests
I am mainly interested in number theory and arithmetic geometry, especially topics related to Iwasawa theory. More specifically:
- arithmetic applications of Iwasawa theory, including the BSD conjecture;
- Heegner points and their applications to special values of $L$-functions and families of quadratic twists, together with related anticyclotomic main conjectures.
I am also interested in several subjects outside mathematics, including:
- calligraphy;
- Chinese Philology;
- VOCALOID, especially Luo Tianyi (as the design of this website probably makes obvious).
